WHAT IS THE STILWELL AUCTION?
The Stilwell Auction is an annual tradition that has been raising funds for the Stilwell PTO since 2003. This exciting event brings together Stilwell parents, guardians, and supporters for a fun-filled evening of community, bidding, and celebration. Join us on Friday, March 6th, 2026, for this year’s auction, themed "Let's Tailgate and Donate". The event will feature live and silent auctions, delicious food, lively music, and a cash bar—making it a night you won’t want to miss!
WHY SHOULD I GO TO THE AUCTION?
It’s going to be a championship of a night— and it’s all for the kids! This is your chance to catch up with old Stilwell friends, meet new ones, and support our amazing school, all while having a great time. The auction is our biggest and most important fundraiser of the year, so you won’t want to miss out. Last year’s event was a touchdown, and this year is shaping up to be just as great! Grab your friends, and your tickets, and join us for an unforgettable evening!
HOW WILL I BID?
We’re excited to offer online bidding for the silent auction again this year! Simply create your bidding account to bid on silent auction items from anywhere using your phone. Upon arrival at the event, you'll be assigned a bid number and given a paddle to bid on live auction items. For virtual bidders, items can be picked up on March 7th from 12-2 PM at Stilwell Elementary. Happy bidding!

HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?

We have a variety of volunteer opportunities, big and small, including photography, donation collection, data entry, day-of operations, live auction assistance, and more. WHAT DOES PTO DO WITH THE FUNDS RAISED?
The funds raised at the Stilwell Auction are crucial in supporting our students, staff, and families throughout the year. As our largest fundraiser, it provides the majority of the funding for the PTO’s programs and initiatives.
Our goals for the 2026 auction include:
- Providing teachers and staff with grant funding to ensure every student has the necessary resources in the classroom
- Fully funding field trips, class parties, and providing every student with a Stilwell spirit shirt
- Supporting activities and events for our students and families
- Continuing to offer scholarships to graduating seniors who attended Stilwell
- Gifting every student a yearbook of their own to help remember their years at Stilwell Elementary
